Cancellation policy

If you can't make a class

Please cancel in the booking system at least 2 hours before the class starts. With 2 hours' notice:

• a class booked with a pass credit has the credit returned to your pass;
• a class paid one-off is refunded.

With less than 12 hours' notice, the booking cannot be cancelled.

Courses and terms

Course or term enrolments cover the whole series. Sessions missed by participants aren't refunded or transferable.

If you have to withdraw from the course or term entirely in exceptional circumstances, please get in touch — we're human about it.

If a class is cancelled by Butterfly Yoga

You will ll be contacted directly by email. Pass credits are returned in full and one-off payments are refunded. If one session of a course or term is cancelled, wherever possible we will extend the series by a week. If this is not possible for any reason, we will refund you pro rata for the cancelled classes.
