Cancellation policy

If you can't make a class

Please cancel in the booking system at least 12 hours before the class starts. With 12 hours' notice:

• a class booked with a pass credit has the credit returned to your pass;
• a class paid one-off is refunded.

With less than 12 hours' notice, the booking cannot be cancelled.

Courses

Course enrolments cover the whole series. Sessions missed by participants aren't refunded or transferable.

If you have to withdraw from the course entirely in exceptional circumstances, please get in touch — we're human about it.

If a class is cancelled by Butterfly Yoga

You'll be contacted directly by email. Pass credits are returned in full and one-off payments are refunded. If one session of a course is cancelled, the course extends by a week so you never lose a session.
